Refund Policy

At Kyrox, we design our goggles to solve the three most common frustrations among swimmers: fogging, leaking, and discomfort. Our mission is simple. Deliver gear that performs exactly as promised. If your experience does not reflect that standard, we offer a clear and fair return process.

1. Swim Goggles – 18-Month Performance Guarantee

All Kyrox swim goggles are covered by our 18-month performance guarantee, valid worldwide. If you experience issues related to fogging, leakage, fit, or other performance concerns at any point within 18 months of delivery, you are eligible for a one-time free replacement.

To verify your claim, please include the following in your email:

  • A photo/video of the goggles, showing their current condition

  • A brief description of the issue (e.g. “goggles fog up after 5 minutes of swimming”)

We understand that not every issue is easy to capture. If the issue is clear from your explanation, we will honor the claim without further steps. If needed, we may ask for more detail before approving a replacement.

* This guarantee applies only to purchases made through our official store or authorized resellers, and requires proof of purchase.


2. Other Products – 30-Day Return Policy

All other Kyrox products (such as dry bags, accessories, towels) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags and hygiene seals intact

Used non-defective items outside the swim goggle category are not eligible for return.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email support@kyroxswim.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a quote for return shipping costs (if applicable).
Once you approve the return, we will provide a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will then be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • We will notify you via email about the outcome

  • When approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.


6. Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of delivery may be declined.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible

  • Only one replacement per purchase is allowed under the 18-month goggle guarantee
