Refund Policy
At Kyrox, we aim to provide high-quality swimming goggles designed for comfort, clarity, and consistent performance. We understand that a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
We offer a 100 day return policy, meaning you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return, even if you have used the goggles.
Eligibility for returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
How to initiate a return:
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kyroxswim.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return shipping:
Once your return request has been approved, we will email you the return shipping cost for confirmation. After your approval, you will receive instructions to complete the return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received.
For returns resulting from an error on our part, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund processing:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you when the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping cost.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return refusals:
Kyrox reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Returns submitted outside the 100 day return window or sent to an address other than the one provided by our support team will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your Kyrox items after delivery for a different variant or color, please contact our customer support team at support@kyroxswim.com.
When approved:
- You will receive an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference, if applicable.
- After payment, you will receive instructions to register the return.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order.
Order changes and cancellations:
After an order is placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help if the order has not yet been shipped.
