1. Company Information
Kyrox is a brand operated by Reber Brands LLC, incorporated in Wyoming, United States. For any questions or concerns, please contact us via support@kyroxswim.com.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in your local currency where applicable and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Full payment is required before order processing.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

5.2 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

5.3 We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after returning the original product.

5.4 Final sale items and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

5.5 To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kyroxgear.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

5.6 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States, the European Union, and Australia. Shipping times and fees vary by destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Warranty & Product Guarantees
9.1 Standard Warranty (All Other Products)
All Kyrox products, except swim goggles, are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9.2 Extended Warranty for Kyrox Swim Goggles
All Kyrox swim goggles are covered by an extended 18-month performance warranty. This includes coverage for issues related to:
- Anti-fog coating performance
- Seal integrity and leakage
- Fit or structural defects due to manufacturing

If a qualifying issue occurs within 18 months of delivery, Kyrox will offer a one-time free replacement of the same or equivalent model. This warranty applies worldwide and is valid only for purchases made through our official store or authorized retailers.

To claim the warranty, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A description or photo of the issue
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification of the product.

9.3 Exclusions and Limitations
The warranties above do not cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- Improper care (e.g., wiping the inside of the lens)
- Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers

9.4 How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support at support@kyroxswim.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of Kyrox or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
