Shipping Policy

At Kyrox, we understand that your time in the water is valuable. That’s why we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with the same precision we apply to every product we make. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

From the moment your order ships:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local carrier performance.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.


4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor the status of your shipment at any time via the link provided.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


5. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Kyrox is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
